Corporate Office

Our Corporate Office, located in Bolton, Ontario, is comprised of approximately 200 team members from a wide range of departments and professional disciplines. Our Corporate Office team members are a foundation and support system from our team members in the field. We are proud to offer a hybrid work environment for our Corporate Office team members who have the flexibility of working from our brand new office as well as from the comfort of their own home. We have a genuine, friendly, and fun corporate culture where everyone is eager and willing to help each other succeed!

Customer Contact Centre

Our Customer Contact Centre employs approximately 40 part-time and full-time Bargaining Unit and Non-Union team members. The Contact Centre is located in London, Ontario, however our Call Centre Agents benefit from our flexible hybrid work environment. This team is passionate about providing exceptional customer service for our customers and licensees across Ontario, providing support for all telephone and online inquiries and issues.

Draught Services

Draught Services, a division within The Beer Store, is Canada’s oldest and largest draught service and equipment company established since 1947. We work with Brewers and Licensees towards the common goal of promoting the highest quality draught beer experience through industry leading installation, global partnerships, and an established US and Canadian dealer network. We offer nationwide installations, system cleanings, service and support, and Canada’s premier keg repair service. Our Draught Services Office is located in Oakville, Ontario and employs approximately 50 team members. The Draught Services team is made up of mobile service representatives, warehouse staff, and front office staff. We have a network of 17 Distribution Centres and Cross Docks across Ontario and approximately 1,500 Bargaining Unit and Non-Union team members. Our mission in Logistics is to deliver superior distribution in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Our Logistics Team helps ensure our Retail Stores and 19,000+ licensees receive the products they need to stock their shelves and/or serve their customers.
