    Corporate Office

    Our Corporate Office is comprised of approximately 200 team members from a wide range of departments and professional disciplines. Our Corporate Office team members are a foundation and support system from our team members in the field. Although our ‘home base’ is in Bolton, Ontario, the majority of our Corporate Office team members work remotely. We have a genuine, friendly, and fun corporate culture where everyone is eager and willing to help each other succeed.

    Customer Contact Centre

    Our Customer Contact Centre employs approximately 40 part-time and full-time Bargaining Unit and Non-Union employees. The Contact Centre’s ‘home base’ is located at the London Distribution Centre, however all of our Call Centre team members work remotely. This team is responsible for responding to Beer Store and BDL customer inquiries, as well as assisting licensees with telephone and online orders.

    Draught Services

    Draught Services was established in 1947 and provides beer line cleaning, installation service and certified education. Our Draught Services Office is located in Oakville, Ontario and employs approximately 50 team members. The Draught Services team is made up of mobile Service Representatives, warehouse staff, and front office staff.     Logistics

    We have a network of 17 Distribution Centres and Cross Docks across Ontario and approximately 1,500 Bargaining Unit and Non-Union team members. Our mission in Logistics is to deliver superior distribution in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner. Our Logistics Team helps ensure our Retail Stores and 19,000+ licensees receive the products they need to stock their selves and/or serve their customers.

    Retail

    We have a network of over 420 Retail Stores across Ontario and over 5,500 Bargaining Unit and Non-Union team members!
