*The Free Delivery promotional offer (the “Offer”) is valid from March 20th, 2023 at 12:01 am to April 8th, 2023 at 11:59 pm (“Promotional Period”) when a customer downloads The Beer Store mobile application (the “App”) for either Android or IOS devices and places their first order on the App with a minimum order value of $50.00. This Offer is only available through the App. The Offer is only valid for one (1) free delivery per customer per household during the Promotional Period. Orders must be placed within our home delivery area in order to be eligible for the Offer. All applicable orders must be placed and delivered from March 20th, 2023 to April 8th, 2023, only. For greater certainty, customer must create a user account with a valid email address and register an accepted form of payment as indicated in the App (“Valid Account”). Once a Valid Account is registered on the App, the customer shall then be eligible for the Offer by fulfilling all requirements during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, customers who use the Guest Checkout function for their orders, shall not be eligible for the Offer. The Beer Store reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Offer at any time and in any way in its sole discretion without prior notice.
