Senior Citizens Home Delivery

We are now offering free home delivery for seniors aged 60+ in select communities. Consumers who live within a 30km radius of participating stores will qualify for this program, see below for more details. Deliveries will be contactless and include tap payment. All delivery drivers will maintain social distancing.

Placing An Order

  • Call our Contact Centre to place an order. Order must be a minimum of $35 and placed by 3:00PM on Tuesday to receive your order on Wednesday. If an order is placed beyond the 3:00PM deadline, the order will be scheduled for the following week. A credit card will be used to secure your order, however payment will be required upon delivery.

  • Inform your customer service representative of any empty returns* you’d like to make during drop-off. Deposits of empties will be deducted from the price of your beer purchase and must be of equal or lesser value.(1)

  • Orders will be delivered on Wednesday between 10:00AM-5:00PM by delivery personnel trained in responsible sale policies. Receive your order at your front door or lobby and make your payment. Drivers will be maintaining social distancing at all times during the delivery. Credit and Debit cards are accepted and customer ID will be verified at the time of delivery. Receipts will only be provided electronically via email. No printed receipts are available due to limitations of card reader carried by drivers.

  • Return any empties you have requested to the driver and done!

While customers may be permitted to deduct the value of eligible empty alcohol beverage containers (Empty Containers) from the purchase price of beer related products ordered up to a value that is equal or lesser to the purchase order, The Beer Store reserves the right in its sole discretion to limit the quantity of Empty Containers that may be collected by a Beer Store Driver during a home delivery drop off. All Empty Containers to be collected during drop-off must be communicated and approved by a Beer Store customer service representative prior to the delivery of order. Empty Containers must be organized by the customer in an open, visible receptacle such as the original beer packaging or a cardboard box for the drivers to collect. Loose Empty Containers or Empty Containers placed in bag will not be accepted by the driver.
