RETAIL PARTNERS GUIDELINES FOR PLACING ORDERS

  • Retail Partners may place orders up until the order close time, which is two business days prior to delivey date. Cut off time for Monday deliveries is Thursday afternoon. 
  • Please check with the Customer Contact Centre if you are unsure of your order close time.
  • Orders may be placed anytime during our hours of operation: Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm, Statutory Holidays 9am-5pm.
  • Please have your Retail Partner number ready. 
  • Have the number of empty cases and cans to be picked up with delivery, and a listing of products to be returned with delivery. 
  • Prior to placing the order, please advise one of our  Customer Contact Centre Representatives if the order is for pick-up.
  • You may change an order up until the order close time.
  • We apologize, but The Beer Store does not accept voicemail, email or fax orders.
  • Orders can also be placed online at any time.
