Punches are great for a crowd. You can mix up a batch or two and kick back without having to serve as the bartender! This one boosts your favourite easygoing lager with spicy ginger beer and limeade to create a tropical-style drink that pairs well with party snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 (473 mL) cans lager
  • 2 (355 mL) bottles ginger beer
  • 1 (295 mL) can frozen limeade concentrate, partially thawed
  • 2 cups (500 mL) club soda (approx)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lime juice (approx)
  • Ice

Directions

  1. 1. In a punch bowl, combine lager, ginger beer, limeade, club soda and lime juice. Stir until limeade is dissolved. Taste and add more club soda and/or lime juice, if desired. Serve in tall glasses over ice.

Tips

  • Using pre-chilled ingredients means your punch will stay ice-cold and refreshing longer.
  • No punch bowl? Use a big serving bowl or try a large drink dispenser with a built-in spigot so guests can serve themselves.
