Flexible services are available to support your unique circumstances and unexpected situations. In some cases, a fee may apply

CROSS DOCK

Serving Barrie, Kitchener, Belleville, Lindsay, Kingston, Windsor, Chatham, Hanover, Pembroke, North Bay, Timmins, Parry Sound, Sault Ste Marie, Thunder Bay

• As a courtesy The Beer Store will contact you prior to your cut off time with a reminder to place your order (provided you’ve placed an order within the previous two weeks)
• Time restriction or delivery window requests will be honoured wherever possible 
• Off-day deliveries may be accommodated when possible

NON CROSS DOCK

Serving Brampton, Whitby, Stoney Creek, London, Sudbury & Ottawa

• If an Order Close Time is missed, your order will arrive on the next scheduled delivery day or an off day delivery charge may be available.
• As a courtesy The Beer Store will contact you prior to your cut off time with a reminder to place your order (provided you’ve placed an order within the previous two weeks) 
• Time Restriction or Delivery Window requests will be honoured wherever possible 
• Off-Day and Emergency Orders may be accommodated when possible

Menu of Flexible Services (available in most areas)

Delivery fee of $35 + HST is waived when order quantity exceeds the Delivery Fee Threshold ($1000 for primary day or $450 for a keg order)

Delivery fee of $175 + HST is waived when order quantity exceeds the Secondary Day Fee Threshold ($2500).

Deliver on a licensee’s Secondary Day: (Where Available) $175 + HST

Accept a Late Order: $175 + HST

Provide an Emergency Order: $175 + HST

Restock Products:

• Less than $1,000.00 – No Fee
• More than 1,001.00 – but less than $10,000.00 – $250.00
• More than $10,001.00 – 5% of return – to a maximum of $5,000.00

Processing fee for payments returned by a licensee’s bank: $35

In the case of an Emergency Order, other delivery or order service fees will not apply.  In addition, in the case of a Multiple Delivery a Secondary Day service fee will not apply.
