LICENSEE GUIDELINES FOR PLACING ORDERS

  • Contact our SERVICE ON TAP Customer Support Team before Last Call, the day prior to the day of delivery.
  • Please have your license number ready.
  • Have the number of empty cases, kegs, cylinders and cans to be picked up with delivery, and a listing of products to be returned with delivery.
  • Prior to placing the order, please advise our SERVICE ON TAP Customer Support Representative if the order is for pick-up. 
  • You may change an order up until the order close time free of charge. To prevent a second order being generated, licensees should immediately advise the SERVICE ON TAP Customer Support Representative that an existing order is being changed and provide them with the order confirmation number.
  • Please be reminded that orders will not be accepted for past due accounts.
  • We apologize, but The Beer Store does not accept voicemail orders. Fax or
    e-mail orders will only be accepted on The Beer Store's fax and e-mail template. Please type your orders to ensure readability.
  • Orders may be changed or cancelled before order close time. Changes can be made until the end of the grace period for a nominal fee. Cancellations after the order close time will incur a fee.
  • For Cross-Dock orders only: Licensees should ensure they have received a confirmation by the Customer Service Team prior to last call if they have faxed or emailed their order to the call centre. This will confirm that the fax or email transmission has been received and to ensure that they are aware of any discrepancies or short shipments due to inventory levels.

ORDERING FOR CROSS DOCK LOCATIONS

The Beer Store offers next day delivery. Licensees may place orders up until Last Call, the weekday before delivery. Note that for Monday deliveries Last Call is 10:00 a.m. Friday. If you have weekly deliveries and haven’t called by 10:00 a.m., you can expect to receive a call from us.

Grace period extends for one hour beyond the order close time to 11:00 am for all cross dock customers.

ORDERING FOR NON-CROSS DOCK LOCATIONS

The Beer Store offers next day delivery. You may place orders up until Last Call the day before delivery. If you receive a delivery once a week or more, our call centre agents will contact you to remind you that you haven't placed an order for next day delivery as a courtesy to ensure next day delivery.

The following standards apply to all orders:

Last Call varies depending on which Distribution Centre you deal with. Our SERVICE ON TAP Customer Support Team will be able to provide you with your Last Call.

Grace period extends for two hours beyond Last Call.

Orders may be placed anytime during our hours of operation:
Monday - Friday including Statutory Holidays: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
