Flexible Services

Flexible services are available to support your unique circumstances and unexpected situations. In some cases, a fee may apply. The Beer Store does not have a minimum order quantity and will provide multiple deliveries each week.

CROSS DOCK

Serving Barrie, Kitchener, Belleville, Kingston, Windsor & Hanover

  • After Last Call, The Beer Store will still accept orders up to the time when the Call Centre closes
  • The Beer Store will contact you if you place a regular weekly order to remind you to place your order prior to last call
  • Time restriction or delivery window requests will be honoured wherever possible - you will be contacted the evening prior if your request can’t be fulfilled
  • Off-day deliveries are available
  • The Beer Store will deliver products into locations requiring excessive delivery distance (more than an estimated 100 feet from the delivery vehicle)

NON CROSS DOCK

Serving Brampton, Whitby, Stoney Creek & London

  • If an order close time is missed, The Beer Store will still accept orders up to the time when the Call Centre closes
  • We’ll remind you to place your order
  • Time Restriction or Delivery Window requests will be honoured
  • Off-Day and Emergency Orders are available
  • The Beer Store will deliver products into locations requiring Excessive Delivery Distance and will deliver packaged products up stairs

MENU OF FLEXIBLE SERVICES

  • Delivery fee of $25 is waived when the order exceeds $750 or 2 large kegs or 6 cylinders
  • When licensees are scheduled for multiple deliveries the Multiple Delivery fee of $25 is waived when each order exceeds $1500 to a total of $3500 for the week
  • Delivery on your Multiple Delivery day: $25 local, $75 remote (where available)
  • Emergency or Off-Day deliveries: $95 local, $180 remote
  • Call a licensee who regularly places a weekly order to remind them to place their order: Free
  • Accept a Late Order: $35
  • Adhere to a time restriction or a delivery window: $25
  • Access a site with a specialized delivery vehicle: $35
  • Deliver an excessive delivery distance: Fee will be based on the degree of difficulty
  • Re-stock products: $50
  • Cancel an order after Last Call: $150
  • Return to Complete the Delivery on the Same Day: $25
  • Sort a licensee's empty containers into industry and non-industry bottles: $50
  • Processing fee for payments returned by a licensee's bank: $35
  • NON-CROSS DOCK ORDERS ONLY: Provide an emergency order: $90

In the case of an Emergency Order (except for a Delivery Window request), other delivery or order service fees will not apply. Fees above should be used as a guideline and are subject to change.
