Introducing The Beer Boutique!

The Beer Boutique

If you’re a hard-core city dweller who loves beer, you’ll be excited to hear about The Beer Boutique, our newest retail venture opening in Liberty Village (120 Lynn Williams Street, Toronto). It’ll be featuring your favourite beer brands, all wrapped up in a unique shopping experience.

The Beer Boutique is going to let you get to know beer in a whole new way. We’ll still be offering our vast selection of beer products... but you’ll also enjoy regular tasting and pairing events, where you can discover new brands and foods that taste great with them. It’s a beer lover’s dream come true, right?

The other thing that makes this store different from our other retail locations is that it’s all self-serve, so you can take your time and browse to your heart’s content. For those who don’t want to carry a 2-4 on the subway, we’ll be offering smaller cases as well as a eight-pack cardboard carrier if you want to mix and match. And here’s some good news for those of you who are as eco-conscious as we are (or for those who don’t have a vehicle) – our Liberty Village flagship store is easy to access by public transit.

You’ll also be able to purchase other beer products at The Beer Boutique, like specialized glassware to help you enhance your beer tasting experience.  (By the way, if you want to know more about the specific types of glassware you should have with certain beers, you can find out more here.)

We hope to see you soon at The Beer Boutique. (And don’t be selfish – bring your friends!)

Yes we do indeed brew the best tasting beers here in the Great White North and i hope you enjoy this event as much as the rest of us will. This event has great cold tasting beers from all over the world. Liberty VIllage is bounded at the north by King Street West, the west by Dufferin Street, the south by the Gardiner Expressway, the east by Strachan Avenue, and the northeast by the CP railway tracks. Stay Cold, Cheers

Liberty Village is located in Toronto, Ontario. The closest main intersection is King St West and Strachan. I recommend checking out a google map before you come, Liberty Village can be a complicated area to navigate if you are not prepared.

I heard a rumour that there may be a Beer Boutique opening in the Distillery District, is this true? I think this would be the perfect location for a Beer Boutique as it is a similar upscale neighbourhood as Liberty Village is. I know a lot of us who live in the area are tired of walking back and forth to the LCBO in St. Lawrence Market...

Yes, it is true we are looking at more locations in the GTA and other markets in Ontario to build our new Beer Boutique concept. However, we cannot confirm of deny our intentions or progress at securing possible locations as it takes time to confirm details. Cheers!

Hi Jordan. This is a unique style store design based on customer feedback and with the local community in mind . We welcome all comments as this will help us shape the future. In the meantime empties can still be returned at any nearby Beer Store.

Freedom to choose

This is nothing but a beer store turned inside out. Same high prices, same lame choice. When will Ontario allow some decent competition so we can buy alcohol freely and get some real choice?

I looked with interest in the new beer boutique on Mill St., I was disappointed to see Coors Light and other Labatt and Molson domestics taking the front and centre locations. Yet another reason to get rid of the Beer Store and LCBO monopolies.

Still buying be...

Mar 05 - 23:03

Looks like what an awesome craft beer store should. Carries none of the products that one would. A horrible monopoly, give people an option with regard to buying beer. I'll keep spending my money in the states. Cheaper and better craft beer, even with the duty I pay it's cheaper than buying stuff here...
