Shame it's a Beer Sore monopoly run 'boutique'. An independently run shop would be infinitely more interesting, and beneficial to the area.

Good morning, I live in the Pure Spirits condo and I've 'peeked' into your new store. It looks almost ready to open. Perhaps I'm misinterpreting what you describe as Winter 2012, to mean next winter. Hopefully you mean it will open in a matter of weeks. Thanks

Why does this "boutique" exist? The government run LCBO and Beer Store have consistently squeezed out many microbrews and as result deprived Ontarions of a VARIETY of GOOD beer. While Molson and Labatt employ a great number of people and make products for the lowest common denominator and uninspired taste buds, there are a great many of us who want something more. Some imports are brought in but there are so many U.S. microbrews that never see the light of day here. Why? Because they'd embarass us. I will continue making the effort to drive to Michigan and buy their beer all day. It would be great to see our province make some different and wild beers.

Beer boutique! What a laugh! Still has the top 20 (molson, coors, other industrials). This cheapens the distillery.

As others have mentioned, you should do your part and take empties. You are really just a beer store after all.
