Beer Pulled Pork

Ingredients: 

Pork Tenderloin
473ml of your favourite beer
1 Medium Onion (diced)
2 Cups of your favourite BBQ sauce

Directions: 
  1. Place pork tenderloin, diced onion, and 473ml of beer in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours OR on high for 4-5 hours.
  2. Drain well, cut off any fat, and pull the pork apart with 2 forks.
  3. Pour 2 cups of BBQ sauce on pulled pork and turn crock pot to “keep warm”. 

Serve on buns.
