To
ensure the freshest quality beer, customers are encouraged to keep kegs
cold at all times. Excessive movement and loss of temperature to the keg
can result in a lower quality of beer. Once your keg has been tapped
using your rental pump, beer will stay fresh for approximately 12 hours.
A home
draught set up will keep beer fresh for approximately three weeks. If you have any
questions regarding keg freshness, please contact the brewer directly.
